Founder & Trainer
Kirsty Neill
Kirsty has been working alongside communities and public sector teams since 2006—both from inside local government, and as a consultant to the public sector. Her passion lies in helping people have a voice in the decisions that shape their lives, and in supporting project teams to feel confident and equipped to invite that input in meaningful ways.
Based in Western Canada, Kirsty works closely with clients to bring clarity, creativity, and structure to their engagement efforts—ensuring the voices of stakeholders are reflected in project outcomes and business results.
Her work has been recognized with IAP2 Core Values Awards in 2015 and 2017, and she holds designations as a Certified Public Participation Professional (CP3) and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Patrisha (Trish) Quinn-Nichols
With years of experience in municipal government and consulting, Patricia has led projects in strategy, policy, and process development, infrastructure planning, public events, and cultural transformation. Through this work, she has seen firsthand the impact of meaningful engagement.
Patricia is committed to empowering engagement practitioners, leaders, project managers, and decision-makers with the knowledge, skills, and tools to lead effective, inclusive participation efforts.
